🌟 An Outstanding Experience at the AC/DC Tech 2024 Forum! 🌟
We are proud that our participants from the Future Energy Leaders in Latvia program, Karīna Viskuba and Haralds Millers, actively participated in the AC/DC Tech 2024 forum organized by Sadales tīkls, which took place on May 10th.
🎙️ Karīna, in her presentation "The Recipe for Demand Response: How Flexible Are We Willing to Be?" provided insights into how flexible responses to electricity demand can help achieve a more sustainable energy future.
🗣️ Haralds, while moderating the panel discussion "Green, but is it Profitable? Electrification in Business," facilitated a valuable conversation among industry experts from the Ministry of Economics, Sadales tīkls, the Latvian Heating Companies Association, and SCHWENK Latvia. The discussion revealed several key takeaways:
1️⃣ Collaboration: Industry collaboration is an essential component of an effective electricity strategy, particularly regarding the integration of green energy. 2️⃣ Transparency: Improved information flow and openness promote better understanding and strategic planning. 3️⃣ Early Planning: Long-term planning and early adaptation are crucial for leveraging the benefits of electrification and minimizing risks.
