The purpose of the program is:
- veidot tiltu starp esošajiem un topošajiem enerģētikas līderiem;
- to inspire young professionals from various fields to solve future energy challenges;
- inform the public about the importance of energy;
- strengthen Latvia's position and recognition in the world..

How to become a member?
If you are between 19 and 32 years old, you have at least 3 years of work or study experience in an energy-related field and you can prove your desire to work in the energy field, send your CV and motivation letter to info@nell.lv.
* Admission of participants takes place once a year, in autumn.
